imageAppointments: Please arrive on time or better yet,  even 10 minutes earlier. This gives you time to catch your breath and not feel rushed.

Plan time after your massage so that you do not have to rush.

Late for an appointment: Out of courtesy for the next scheduled person, if one is 20 minutes late, 20 minutes will be deducted from the original time scheduled.

Emergencies: Please call as soon as possible. Individuals that are unwilling to fill out or sign intake forms are declined service.

Inappropriate Behavior:                                                                                                                   Tolerance for inappropriate language, inappropriate sexual behavior, being under the influence of alcohol or drugs is not accepted. Care will be declined.

Inappropriate therapist Behavior: is reportable to the NYS Dept of Education Office of Professions 1-800-442-8106.

Payment is due at the time of service: Cash, local checks, or credit cards,  and gift certificates are accepted.  Check to see if your Health Flex card covers massage care.If you feel comfortable paying and rescheduling at the end of session that is fine. If you wish to pay  or schedule prior to your session that is also fine.
